What Mil thickness are these?

I pulled one at random and measured it. 2mils near the cuff, 3mils in the palm, 3-4mils in the fingers, and 6+mils in the thumb. This the only nitrile glove I’ve ever bought, that I’ll buy again.

Is this the same "grease monkey" brand name that sas made by watson gloves? (haven't been able to find box markings or definitive details)

I’m not sure but I can tell you there not as thick as they used to be.

These are heavy duty type gloves which according to the name, are intended for those who work as mechanics and that sort of work where you may want to keep grease and paint and other "dirt" off your skin. You could likely use them in food preparation, if you do, I'd suggest putting them on, then washing your hands with them on then dry them completely before touching the food items. They probably aren't heat resistant, so take that in to consideration.
