Q: Will this couple fit the older craftsman model 4TA5389C ?

I think this is a universal for any Chamberlain/Craftsman Garage Door opener with a screw drive. I was able to verify the part number in my owners manual.

Q: Will this fit a liftmaster 132c2255 model?

the outside diameter measures 1.160” and the lenght measures 1.6”. it has a total of 8 grooves . take your old one out and if it measures the same diameter then you can buy it

Q: will this fit model 2220 liftmaster?

It should fit if your old part looked like the one offered here. Mine did without any problems. As a matter of fact I ordered an extra one to save in case it breaks again in the future. You will need an extra pair of hands to replace it if the opener is up installed.

Q: Will this fit my Craftsman part 41AS150-1 built in 2005?

If your drive has the 8 cogs then it should fit?
