Not bad. The factory edge is quite shallow - you might want to re-grind it for a more tapered edge, but the steel is good (VG10 for the knife nerds out there). Very cheap compared to, say, a Global (which uses the same steel), but you won’t get the refinement in build quality. So much cheaper, though. I would always go for these no- frills catering knives over the fancy brands.
