Misrepresentation of Samsung Phone Region - UAE Version Purchase
I purchased this phone with significant expectations, believing the advertised features and the designation as a "UAE version" were accurate. Upon attempting to set up and use Samsung Wallet, I was repeatedly met with a "not supported by your device" error. After trying multiple troubleshooting options, I contacted Samsung support. They confirmed that the phone's product region does not match my country (UAE), rendering the Samsung Wallet feature unusable here. This discrepancy has caused considerable inconvenience. I had already transferred all my data to this device, and now I am forced to purchase a replacement phone and go through the data transfer process again. Amazon must implement stricter verification of product details to ensure accuracy. This incident has severely eroded my trust in the accuracy of the product listings on your platform.
