Well behaved gold foil HTV
Color as expected. Great shine. Surprisingly easy to work with. Definitely use more passes at a low temperature and wait until 100% cool, then peel very slowly.

FELLOW COSPLAYERS
THIS IS IT! Ive never used any vinyl transfer HOWEVER this one was exactly what I needed. If youre making any details on costumes or anything intricate, this was so easy to use. It was THAT metallic gold your looking for, not too yellow or dull and applied beautifully with a simple iron. It was easy to cut and weed with an exact-o knife. If you want a cleaner smoother finish, iron lightly and peel (hot or cold doesnt matter) but a bit of a texture, peel and put another piece of fabric on and re-iron after peeling the plastic off. Another plus, I tried it on a black 4 way stretch and OH WOW THIS THING STAYS. No cracks or tears so i'll be using this for future costumes! *** i was desperately looking for reviews from people who does costumes and couldn't find any. I hope this finds someone whos looking for the same info and I would say this is great for any gold detailing for your costumes~

Gold metallic
This gold metallic HTV came quickly and in great shape. I used a cricut on the setting between vinyl and light cardstock as one reviewer recommended and the weeding was flawless. I used a heat press that was fluctuating between 305 and 308 for 15 seconds without problems. I like to press shirts twice but was reluctant with the metallic. I tried it anyway and the vinyl stayed shiny. I had to press one shirt three times because of a mistake I needed to fix, and did notice a dulling of the shine. Maybe that’s the wrinkle another reviewer spoke of. The letters kept their shape, they just lost a little of the reflective character. The vinyl lifted when I tried to warm peel but I hit it with the heat press again, waited for it to cool and no problems. I layered a small amount of regular black siser on one shirt’s metallic vinyl, and it appears to have adhered nicely. They’re for someone else, so I can’t speak to how it holds up in the wash. The shirts were 95% cotton, 5% spandex.
