With our water pressure the attachment will not automatically fall down to spray, it needs to be manually pulled down then it works. If you are not sitting in the optimum place it can spray right across the bathroom . With a bit of care it can be made to work. Had it professionally installed by a bathroom fitter when renewing the whole bathroom

Be aware that this unit can only properly fit toilet seat fixings that are 20cm apart and under.

My Original toilet set would not close when this was fitted so I popped over to B&Q to get one that sat higher, returned home and replaced the seat and still hit problems installing this, the spout was too close to the rear of the bowl to fully extend but worked anyway - the real issue is fixing it in securely so it does not wobble about - I was prepared to live with this but within 20 minutes of it being installed, it started to leak from the bottom of the control box. Half a days work down the pan as I had to take everything back off. Not impressed at all.

It is a right item which I am looking for. It has made life much easier I can clean the toilet easily. Good quality bidet toilet spray and elegant stainless steel . It is very simple to install. All necessary accessories are included which makes the installation easy. It cleans effectively and feel fresh all day long. Highly recommend it to everyone.

I bought this because i did not want to drill into my bathroom tiles. It was so easy to install and looks good. Initially I was concerned it would not hold up to the task but I was very impressed. The bond with my bathroom tiles is very strong. The toilet roll stays on the holder well and does not pull off. I was so happy with it I went and bought matching wall hooks.
