Instructions were clear. Each piece clearly marked for easy identification and set up. Didn’t go up in 10 minutes, but it was much easier than other items I’ve put together. It does take two people for some of the assembly and goes faster when two people are putting drawers and shelves together. Looks great and works great. Is sturdy and is ideal for a smaller office space while still providing enough surface work area and storage.

This desk took me hours and hours to put together. As many pieces as there were, the instructions were very clear. We had a piece of a bottom shelf that was broken. I reached out to the seller and quickly heard back that they were remaking it. Soon there after I received tracking. The second piece arrived with no flaws. The desk is beautiful and functions exactly the way we hoped it would.

Honestly the desk is nice, I like that the entire one side stands. The other side is short though… just a warning. My biggest issue is the box is bulky and heavy and once I got all the parts out there was damage to the top pieces (some minor to another but I won’t see it so I don’t care). I tried to contact the seller on Amazon and the only option is to re-package it all- ship it back and re order a new one. I wouldn’t mind shipping back the two pieces but the whole thing? That’s a lot to lug to the store to ship back… guess I have to figure out if I want to live with the broken corners or ship it back :(If it wasn’t damaged it really is a sweet desk.

It’s a really nice desk! It took me 3 hours to finish it. Love how high it can go and you can adjust the height. The manual is easy to understand, but make sure to follow it in the order and not jump steps.

I bought this desk a month ago and it has been great but my dog pulled the cord out of the control panel and now it won't sit in it correctly. I would like to get a replacement panel but the phone # in the instruction manual doesn't work and I sent an email to the address provided and haven't received a response.Has anyone else dealt with customer service? Do you know how to contact them? Please help. Thank you.

The desk I received (after taking a while to build because the nails provided are not sized appropriately) only has one side of the motor working so my desk is slanted. When contacting for replacement parts, they took me off amazon to send me a video. It’s now been 3 weeks to no response and I am now no longer able to return and still have yet to receive any update from them. Order from a more reputable company.

I’ll tell you what, putting the desk together by myself was tough but in the end; it was worth it. (The instructions do suggest a two person build) It works as it should and there was nobody there to argue with but myself. It took me several hours but overall it was doable and worth it. I’ve had it a couple months and it does what it should and how it should do it. If I needed another one, I’d probably buy it again.I’d rather some space around the inner doors and to have an option to utilize it at different height(s), but overall, I’m satisfied.I was able to make it work, but If I had a tower computer that would fit in the parameters, I’d like it more. In the location I have it in I run a laptop and multiple printers so the fit wasn’t as neat as I’d like it to be; but like I mentioned, I made it work.

Quality is not the best. The shelf that goes around outside pedestal wasn’t cut right and had to be used as a stand alone shelf with a big hole in it. It is very low to the ground on the return side. It took 2 people 5 hours to put it together because of the large number of pieces and subpar instructions. I wouldn’t recommend it.
