The nice thing about these modems is that you can run them without a battery: Plugged into the wall, or a portable power source that has usb ports. Even the cigarette lighter / ports in the vehicle. Unfortunately, the batteries swell if you leave them in all the time, and plugged into the wall. I have ATT so I am happy with these modems. Rarely had issues. Review: Great WiFi Hotspot! Read more if you want to use Verizon. - Does not work with Verizon unless you have a pre-activated Verizon SIM card. You can get a Jetpack MiFi for cheap to just activate a SIM card unless you already have a Verizon mobile device, then put in the activated SIM card into the Netgear and Viola! It works as described! I wanted to use Verizon since they have the best 5G unlimited plan with 150Gig of data before being throttled to DSL speeds.

Does not work with Verizon unless you have a pre-activated Verizon SIM card. Works so nice I bought it twice.
This is the second one of these I've bought, I gave the 1st to my niece who needed reliable internet in Europe. If I give this one away I'll buy a 3rd.

Easy set up and allows multiple devices to be connected at one time
This ATT nighthawk m7 pro is the best was using wine guard connect 2, and it was the worst I give this the highest rating It was easy set up lets me stream multiple devices at the same time all while I’m in at the campground thank you Netgear for a good product

Just a fancy hotspot not good if you're camping anywhere you don't have signal already.
Came with bad battery and they put a good one in they but you can't send the battery back so you end up having to find a way to get rid of it.

Software Updates
Product is able to update firmware without an AT&T SIM card. Worth the money for overseas travel where n78 band is heavily used. Almost the same size as the M6 Pro so it can be easily placed in a sling bag and used to keep WiFi calling enabled.
