Decline in quality and performance
I used to love this pillow and recommend it to my patients, especially those with headaches. I’ve been using this pillow probably close to 10 years. I used to get a few years use out of it. In the last few years, I’ve had to replace it a couple times a year. No matter what I do, I can’t rearrange the filler stay in the neck support areas. Both flatten out to the point that I can’t tell which side is supposed to be higher or lower support (which I can’t always remember from the D cutout, plus I can’t easily see with a pillowcase).D-core pillows are a great idea for supporting the neck. I’m 5’4” and find the midsize to be the right size. Maybe I need to go up to the full size? I love that they now come in gray although I’ve always used a pillowcase with the white. Never noticed any smell which can be an issue for some pillows. I came here to reorder but now I’m rethinking it and might try a different brand of this shape which has otherwise worked well for me.
