Helped on my trip through the mountains
Hard to put my finger on the exact effect or note that I saw a material change in my breathing; however, I will say that I just did a long road trip through the mountains and didn't even notice the higher altitude, which usually affects my breathing.

Didn't really notice an improvement
After taking this for about a week now I haven’t noticed much improvement. I did notice a small difference in my energy such as having a little more will to go for a quick run but overall nothing major related to my lungs etc. This might be different for everyone but personally I don’t think the difference is enough for me.

I’ve only had it for a few weeks and so far, it has helped with breathing, easy to swallow, not bad after taste. Overall, seems pretty good. Feeling more energized and sleeping better
