EASY RELIEF – To use, simply unfasten both straps and slide sock over foot and calf with the calf band centered on the front of the leg. Fasten the calf band closure. Rest foot on the floor at a 90-degree ankle and pull the adjustable dorsiflexion strap so that it lifts the toes up approximately 1” off the floor. The dorsiflexion strap will provide a gentle stretch naturally as the foot slowly begins to contract and the toes extend downward.

Flawed design. Only stretches toes.

I purchased this item at the recommendation of my physical therapist, for the purpose of stretching my ankle. However, the item does nothing of the sort.It's pulling up, directly from the end of the toe. This means that all of the force is exerted only on the toes. At first, it's painful, then my toes go numb. I can relieve the pressure by consciously bending my foot up, but the sock does none of that, for me. I never bothered wearing them overnight.For this item to work, it would need to apply most of the torque from the ball of the foot.

Pulls on toe nail, causing pain. Strap at top to keep it from slipping down needs to be tight, which is kind of uncomfortable.

Size of sock at the top around the leg

I love these they definetly help my heel spurs and ankle issues but the sock is too tight around my leg at the top. Other than that if fits great. not sure what to do about this problem. Do you have any suggestions for me? I purchased the Medium one I wear a size 7,5 . Thank you
