I have atrophied muscles due to Arnold Chiari Malformation of the Brain. Any exercise that involves tensing up my neck muscles is very hard for me to do, it sets off extreme pain in my neck and head. I got this to try and begin to work my abs and arms and legs. For the price, I was not expecting a whole lot to be honest, but this WORKS. It will take a long time to get my muscles back to where they were before but this is a beginning. The intensity goes up a LOT. I did not need to use gel or water to get this to work, which is nice. And even if this stops working after a few months of using it daily, the low price will allow me to get another one to replace the used one. I should have gotten one of these a long time ago!

I have used other products like this before and the Antmona Abs stimulator is by far the most cumbersome to use. 1st and foremost NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to assemble. so what happens is all the sticky tabs are ruined trying to first remove them to place on device and then you can’t remove the protective plastic covering so it removes the gel from the tabs, ruining them for use. it was ridiculous. now once the tabs were “in place” i did like the various options and programming. however each cycle doesn’t last long and the buttons are so sensitive to any pressure they turn off.

the product only worked properly for a week

I just started using the product and I can't say for sure if it'll help me get better abdominals along with my exercise but one thing that I stress to do is read the directions entirely. There's a lot of warnings and if you fall into any of those categories, apparently it's deadly. The warnings are the only useful thing in the booklet though. In regards to set up, you'll want to use the Amazon page directions and booklet because the booklet is not specific. It won't tell you that your supposed to peel the blue film off the sticky parts. The way it's worded leaves you to believe differently.

I bought this product in hopes of it helping tone my abs area. I try to use it once a day and put it on my abs and arms while doing light chores around the house. The highest intensity I can go up to is number two. Numbers three and four are too extreme for me. I pretty much set it and forget about it. You can feel it working. I think the hardest part for me is the maintenance of the gel pads. It becomes less sticky after multiple use. I Haven’t seen much change using this product on my abs but you definitely have to continue to exercise and eat healthy to see any results.

So overall, don't waste your money. The sticky never work. I had to use a scarf to tie it around me and hold it in place. The remote piece that goes on it pops off. Like clothes that you clip together. The ones you snap. Well this snaps and it snaps off. It doesn't stay snapped on. Also, you just end up not using it. Because of all of the defects. You just stop using it. You do feel your stomach contract but it doesn't work well. There is no way around it. You have to go to the gym. Trust me, I know it sucks. This product is a no go. I am 125lbs and 5'4 and a size 4. I was getting a little pop belly. If I have that, and you have more, this product is not for you. Really, its not for anyone. All the youtube videos are from one type of people. It doesn't work. It is a gimmick and I wasted my money. Don't waste yours.

I used this product to get more definition in my abs. The product came with sticky gel pads to allow the stimulator to stick to the skin, unfortunately when I used them I felt no Electrical Pulses at all. I ended up removing them and using the product on my skin directly while holding it down. It works really well despite the troubles, and I have seen results and noticed a tighter core after a couple of days of use.

I had buyers remorse when I saw this product and I tried it once. The adhesive only sticks one time after that the product is literally of no use because you need the adhesive for it to work. It’s a fancy looking toy type TENS unit at best
