This is a great wine set that comes with everything you need to open a bottle correctly and enjoy your wine. It comes in a very nice box that makes it easy to store the tools or to buy the set as a gift. The instruction card makes it very easy to use. My favorite tool is the Air Pump Opener. The needle goes through the cork very smoothly which makes the process of opening the bottle a lot less messy that with some regular openers. The wine stoppers are great add-on so you can finish the wine later.

Although the Opener and Wine Saver are fairly intuitive to use, they leave the user wondering about their effectiveness. Unlike competitive Wine Savers, the Saver corks in this package do not click when the proper suction has been attained in the bottle, so you could basically go on pumping for several minutes, not really knowing if the wine bottle is properly evacuated.Similarly, on the first couple of uses of the Opener, it seemed to take an inordinate number of pumps to get the cork to unseat and come out. I wasn't certain that it was working at all, at first. I've seen the online videos of this process with similar openers and they appear to pop right out after a few pumps. On the third use, the cork simply wouldn't unseat. I'm not sure of the seal around the pumping mechanism was faulty or what, but after 20 or so pumps, I decided to pull the Opener back up out of the cork and in doing so the needle came out of its housing (in the head of the pump) and remained lodged in the cork. You can tell from the picture that the interface between the housing and needle is only a couple millimeters, and it's likely just press fit into the housing. Thus, it doesn't surprise me that it came out so readily. I was really hoping this would work as it does in the videos so I could use it in my Wine Bar, but there's no way this type of opener would survive a single day of commercial use.

Bought this opener on August 31st. It worked fine but appeared a bit flimsy. The handle seems to thin, and even the needle sometimes started bending and become crooked. Well yesterday it quit and doesn't bump air anymore. Something inside broke, no way to fix anything and now it doesn't work anymore. Pretty disappointing. It only last for a 1.5 months. Should have gone with the more expensive ones.Update 1:Increased from 1 start to 3 stars. I contacted the seller and got an immediate responds, like in minutes. They informed me that they will be shipping a replacement immediately and of course for free. Now that is customer service. I took another look at the opener and found a way to take it apart. The issue seemed to have been the vacuum seal which slipped of and ripped. I sent the information to the seller who was very appreciative and will look into the issue to make sure this will not happen to other openers. Once I will receive my replacement I will update my review again.

Having a party, then whip this out and never worry about the cork again. A few pumps and a minor wiggle and the wine is flowing! Super simple to use. Love the reusable stoppers.

I purchased this product originally as a gift but because I fell in love with it I kept it for myself. The packaging is amazing and it comes with detailed instructions on how to use the product. The quality is great and it works exceptionally well! I highly recommend this product to you wine enthusiast.

Got this set as anniversary present for my husband. It comes in a high quality, beautiful packaging which made it a cute gift. At first we thought only wine connoisseurs can handle it, but it’s actually pretty easy to use. It’s perfect for gifting to both wine lovers and “new gadget” fans. The instructions are also clear and simple. The wine opener only needs a few pumps and it’s ready to pull the cork out. My husband loves showing it off at parties.

I ordered this product as a gift and the packaging looks really nice, however almost every item I received was broken! The air pump used to preserve wine came broken, the cheaply made plastic bottom was snapped in half and unusable. I tried many times to operate the Air pressure opener on three different bottles, I read the directions and watched two different youtube videos on how to work it and it never successfully opened a bottle of wine. Honestly this stuff is crap.
