It didn't work for me and under my arms are very hurt from the brace rubbing

This product is pretty self explanatory. He first time I used it I could immediately feel the difference. I’m a sloucher and I’ve already noticed that I’ve slowly been slouching less when I am not wearing the corrector.

You don’t realize how bad your posture is and how it affects your mood and everything until you have this thing on. It’s very easy to put on. It is easy to hide too. I don’t recommend wearing it on bare skin only because of where the Velcro is but that’s just me. Besides that, I love this thing. My upper back pains have decreased and it’s so much relief.

I have horrible posture and I tried a posture brace in the past that left my muscles and back so sore. This one does not! It is easily adjustable to fit your body best. The packaging gave helpful suggestions on how to use it. I've been using it for about a week and can already see some progress!!!

Today is my third day wearing the brace. At first it is a tad uncomfortable in the armpits.....like when you need to use crutches.....but if you wear it for the 20 minutes and slowly add more time each day it gets better. Yesterday I wore it for 40 minutes and felt so much taller when I took it off. Today I will wear it for an hour. I am hoping this actually works to train me to stand up tall. My posture has always been horrible.

I’m not sure if I got used package or not. But I can find any instructions of how to wear it or use it. Of course I didn’t wear it yet, will have to do some research until I figured it out.

As a woman who is top heavy, I started noticing my shoulders are rounding. After researching solutions, some of them very pricy, I decided to try this posture corrector. I’ve had it a week and been wearing it after I get out of school until I got to bed, about 7 hours a day. It is easy to put on, and I’m standing straighter when not wearing it. My back and upper shoulder muscles have strengthened. It has even helped with some shoulder and neck pain I have been having. Great purchase!!!

This posture corrector is of great quality materials and very comfortable. I've had recent spats with back pain and decided to try to do something to fix that, and after wearing this for a week I've had almost zero back pain. Some days when I'm on my feet longer than others or sleep wrong it has an ache in the morning but that usually goes away by lunch. I recommend this posture corrector to anyone. It stays in place and is very comfortable and not extremely tight.
