It works fine
Although they do not look or feel like quality, it did the job to remove Mercedes hose clamps. An invaluable tool, especially for the price! Although I have not yet tried to reinstall the clamps using the tool, I will be using standard hose clamps instead, I would give this a five star for being able to removing them without effort.

Jaws Misaligned
The jaws on these don't line up very well. I can get them to crimp, so they work. Just not a quality tool. For the price I guess it's to be expected.

works for subaru
Love this tool. The hose clamps that subaru uses can be taken off with this tool.if it doesnt come off the first time try fliping the tool. each side if different to either unclip or snap on the clamp.

Works on clip-lock hose clamps.
They work well on clip locking hose clamps that would otherwise be very difficult to close.
