Quick, quiet and effective. Has kept my new retainers clean and hygienic, and the cleaning tablets leave a fresh minty smell. Only not giving 5 stars as my first pod broke, but they were very quick to replace it, and because I would like to be able to use my existing cleaning tablets from another brand with it but it says they’re not compatible, thereby forcing you to spend more with them by subscribing to their tablets. I don’t feel this is made clear before purchase. Other than that, I am happy with this product.

Item had a USA plug.

You should know that mine came with a Swiss plug, so slightly tricky to use in the UK. Managed to find an adaptor but not very convenient
