You hardly notice the attachment points as they are small, thin, and blend in well to the laptop. Even though it is secure, it is easy to remove as long as you FOLLOW the directions for removal. Try just prying it off and you will be fighting with it. Follow directions, and it comes off quickly and easily. I know, I tried it my way before reading the directions! LOL πŸ˜‚ 2. You can see in the pictures that the case does an excellent job of protecting the laptop while leaving the ports clear. You can also see the protective edge bumpers as well as the full top and bottom crease protection. 3. The feet on it are easy to extend and place the keyboard at an easy angle to type at. As long as you are careful with extending and retracting the feet, they are sturdy and should last for years. If you are rough with it, they may fail. It is one of those things with good design as long as you use care. 4. If you are looking for a case that is extremely thing so that you do not notice any difference in the thickness of your laptop, this is NOT the case you want!! It definately doubles the thickness of the laptop, but it does provide good protection. Since you are using a size that is NOT conducive to just quick slapping into a bag and going, this should not be an issue. This is probably a computer that will live on a desk at work and may travel home to a desk for work at night.
