Size:1/4" STANDARD The Typhoon delivers 34 CFM and more than 2 pounds of thrust (working capacity) at 125 PSI. The variable flow trigger allows for controlled output, making the Typhoon ideal for heavy duty clean-up and blow-off. Its light weight and sleek design make this blow gun a favorite of users in many industries.

Wide Air Flow and Disappointing Trigger Flow Control
Looks like a nice gun, feels like a nice gun, BUT. I specifically was looking for a gun that was NOT OSHA compliant as past experience was that OSHA guns had limited airflow. This one moves a lot of air but not in a concentrated fashion - it's more like a mini leafblower. Bigger problem is trigger sensitivity - you pull the trigger, and keep pulling and keep pulling and all of a sudden there's a lot of air flow. There's fully 50% - 60% of the trigger travel before you get any air at all. So if you are trying control air flow you've only got maybe 25% - 30% of trigger travel to do it and then it's wide open. Compare that to Vacula guns and even the basic Husky guns at Home Depot where nearly the full trigger range is adjusting flow. If you want a big cloud of air and you mostly want all of it this is a good gun. If you need a narrow air stream or flow control this isn't the one.

The trigger travels far and it is easy to control a variable amount of air
Very unique design. The air comes out in a ring all around the edge of the black part. The silver cone at the tip has no hole in it and I assume it is there to help direct the flow in a straight line without turbulence which seams to work quite well. I also believe the cone is part of the osha compliance as it prevents you from jamming it against your skin and injecting air through it. This gun doesn't give you pin point air but at a distance the blast seems to stay in a fairly narrow stream vs my pin point guns that seem to flare out more. This design also allows a very large volume of air to come out when you pull full trigger. The trigger travels far and it is easy to control a variable amount of air. Just a light breath close up on some delicate stuff or pull it back all the way and you can clear the shop floor easily with some good range to it. . Mine also did not come with a fitting (male plug) There's none shown in the picture and I've never bought a pneumatic tool that came with a plug fitting. That's because the vendor has no idea of what type of couplers you have. It's a pain but there are several types of couplers and fittings such as "Universal", "Automotive", "Industrial", "Aero" and more. They don't mix and match well either. I started with "Universal" years ago so I stick with them. I just now tested it out for five minutes and I have to say it's the best performing gun I've ever handled. If it holds up with my typical rough use it will be the perfect gun for me.

Excellent for Home Users
This gun has excellent flow, volume, and control. At this price its the best out there. NOTE it does not come with a fitting and has a plastic trigger. Don't throw it on the floor or drop it and it won't crack. With abuse/heavy industrial use I suppose the plastic trigger could break, if so then you need to buy a more expensive metal model. But this is perfect for most home users.

This Blow Gun works!
This is an efficient air nozzle (blow gun). I used it initially to remove sanding dust from my vehicle while doing some paint refinishing. The volume of air produced by the typhoon was clearly superior to my other air nozzles. This unit will be extremely useful to keep our large lawn mower deck clear of grass and debris, and be useful in many situations to clean or dry whatever we are working on.The air exhaust is designed aerodynamically to allow a huge air stream that is efficient at moving air to work for you. In other words, the hype seems true! Well constructed and well designed, this is a great unit that seems like it could last and last. Not cheap, but useful in so many ways using compressed air to work or you.

There is a reason for the name.
Good quality! It is now my favorite air gun. I have received my second 2500CS Typhoon air gun. I have one in my outside garage and got tired of running out there to get it when I needed it in my car garage. If you need to blow out something with an orifice, then this might not be your best bet, but for everything else it is an awesome gun. I sometimes use it to blow off my lawnmower instead of grabbing the gas powered leaf blower. It does move a lot of air and needs a fairly good compressor to continuously use it. It could be used with a smaller compressor, but you might need to stop and give it time to build up pressure. My favorite use for it is blowing out air filters. It is not pin point air, but is a wider spread of air. The amount of air coming out can be controlled by the trigger from a gentle breeze to a typhoon!

This thing blows!
I really like this blower. It isn't heads and tails over my Milton blower. But it is more powerful. The Milton has a more focused path, this one is wider. But I've gone back and forth between the two and do like this one better.I've used it to blow out my tools, lawn more, garage, driveway, and anything/everything else I could think of.I have a 30 gallon, 6 CFM compressor and it blows (pun intended) through my tank pretty quickly. But that's OK since I'm not using it all the time.Overall, very satisfied and glad I bought this sucker.

Blow It Out
Short gun, medium gun, long gun, who needs them all? Apparently I do. Obviously I need a short blow gun. I also have one with a 36" wand. Did I really need one with a 24" wand? Yes. It allows me to be far enough away from the object to say out of the debris cloud, but not so far that I can't control the flow. The Typhoon is well made and works like is should. The variable trigger is nice to allow me to increase or decrease the airflow as necessary.

Rather disappointed in the amount of air this gun put out
Rather disappointed in the amount of air this gun put out. While its construction is top quality, I was led to believe this gun would be the best I'd ever seen. This gun doesn't put out any more air than my other air guns. We're keeping it because I needed a 12" gun, not because it puts out so much air.

High quality, but not good for use with average pancake compressor
It's a great product, very high quality, but it definitely isn't made for use with small pancake compressors. It empties my tank in about 10 seconds because it moves SO much air. Is probably meant for industrial applications, or might work well if you have one of those big upright garage compressors. I like that it doesn't make that annoying high pitched whistle sound when you use it

Built well, kudos to the manufacturer.
Best blown gun I've used. It's metal and not fragile like all the plastic ones. Can drop it, no big deal. Its sort of like going back a few years to when all stuff was built to last.

Excellent!
Fantastic tool. Only wish I had a compressor big enough (Makita Big Bore) to keep the air continually coming. Probably more beneficial to use this with a large tank.

TYPHOON IS AN ACCURATE NAME
Wow, what a blast! This thing really moves air but you'll need a good volume air compressor to keep up. It emptied a 60 Gallon compressor in short order, before the compressor kicked in. You'll be blasting everything, like a kid with a toy! Amazon.ca shipping via UPS is fast and efficient.

Not that great
Not as powerful as expected. I didnt expect to move weights but didnt seem any better than any 5$ gun at princess auto.
