It does it's job

Our original sink plug's rubber wore out and it was leaking, a bummer when we washed dishes. So I went to a warehouse store and bought a replacement, but it continued to leak. Went back bought a more expensive replacement, but it also leaked. I looked at my disposal drain and saw a slight blemish in the metal surrounding the drain, maybe causing a leak. As a last hope, I bought this InSinkEerator plug and the leak stopped. Comparing this InSikErator plug with the warehouse products, its rubber/silcon/whoknows flexible seal is somewhat thicker and softer than the warehouse products. That did it! Highly recommended, arrived quickly thanks to amazon prime. Totally satisfied, worth the extra bucks, as cheaper than the two plugs I tried from Home Depot.

Holds water in my sink! Best match I could find for my sink faucet. The one that comes in the box with the garbage disposal is chrome. There are tiny rough pits on the exterior edge in one or two places on the side of the knob that comes with light flash rust. You can scratch it off with a fingernail. The brushed surface has rather prominent brush marks. It was a bit of a rougher manufactured look than I expected (you can see the swirls from the wired brush that must have been used in manufacturing), but I am happy with it and it matches the sink well. Every knob of this type in the package in the store has looked the same.

Let me first say we have a InsinkDisposal and this fits perfectly.It sits inside the drain well and the thin rubber cover perimeter fits into the groove of the drain.And that creates a airtight seal to fill the tub up with water

i actually bought this sink stopper for a sink that does not have a insinkerator drain. i have a new sink from ikea and my drain is not fully functional but is only for looks. (that's ikea for you i guess-- that should be another review...) the drain stopper does work well for my sink with a pop-up style drain to stop the water from draining, as it completely covers it and looks nice with its brushed finish. if anyone else happens to be looking for a nice-looking drain stopper for a sink, this is great!

This is the BEST kitchen sink stopper ever! I paid over $50 for a Kohler drain and stopper - and the stopper did not work at all! This stopper is perfect and doesn't leak a bit. It's also easy to pull the plug when you want to drain the sink. I'm ordering a secod one as a back up in case they stop selling them - YES, it's that great! Thank you, Thank , Thank you :) LOVE IT!

It’s not often that a product so perfectly does the job it is intended to perform. This sink stopper does EXACTLY that! Easily goes in, does not let a drop of water slip (or drip!) past. And comes out just as easily. BEWARE though putting it in upside down! You will curse the day you, or someone, was born. If this happens, and it will, DO NOT PANIC! Take a breadth, grab a spoon, and gently wedge it down outside the black rubber gasket and gently leverage it out. Voila! You are back in business, ready to enjoy your sink stopper for years to come.

We were having a lot of trouble with our sink. The water would run and run but the sink wouldn't fill up and the soap would just run right down the drain. We were at a loss for how we could do dishes until I found this "sink stopper" on Amazon, and now we can fill the sink with hot, soapy water and wash dishes to our hearts' content. What will they think of next?

This works perfectly for the InSinkerstor waste disposals. We personally bought a flat that had the model 46 installed, but there was no plug for it. I bought this and it works perfectly! Only downside is the price I guess but it does what it says on the tin. It fits percetly and creates a good seal to keep the water in the sink. Easy to put in place and take out again when done.

It's not a tight fit, so if you don't push it properly it leak.

This is supposed to be stainless steel, the inside has rust on it.

Started to rust after 2 weeks of use. So much for stainless. Poor quality.
