Read the myths, the legends and also witness the amazing lives and culture of a people who are arguable the only civilization left in the world to have established an organic democracy based on faith, values and tribal culture while retaining absolute freedom. Rare Inside Views from a Thankfully Partial Observer
This is an amazing book, painstakenly compiled by a passionate champion of the Pathan people. Chronicled with rare and beautiful photo's, we learn of love and heartache of being a pathan in untamed lands. Being a pathan myself, and having any glimpse into this lost world with both sensitivity and admiration is a rare treat while in the west we hear more to the contrary. Great book and fantastic insight into lives of Pathans. Though its through the eyes of Imran Khan it does relay some very important historical facts which i agree being a Pathan myself. Overall a great book!

Cultural booty!
I used to have a copy of this book many years ago. I was so happy to find it again in such good condition & at a fantastic price. A real classic.
