Works well with T Mobile (US)
Here is a helpful tip -- the IMEI (Which you will most likely need when you get a SIM card,) is hidden on the chip on the inside of the device. You will need to remove the back panel's 4 phillips head screws located underneath the foot pads to access it. I use this for a remote monitoring phone dialer with a T Mobile prepaid plan, since the phone line broke. This works like a charm. Get a battery backup for it here on amazon if this is a mission critical piece of equipment.

This thing rocks while it lasted 6 hours.
Power Adapter failed and no communication back from the seller. Amazon support offered a partial credit for me to find oddly enough a 5 volt A/C adapter. Most 5 volt power adapters are d/c such as usb ports. I was fearful on plug type and seriously could not understand the support person for my life. It would be hugely beneficial if they could keep very thick accented people off of support calls as it is difficult enough to figure things out. I'm simply returning the unit and purchasing another as support was not helpful. If the next one lasts a bit longer I will certainly update my rating. Btw, it worked right out of the box and it was perfect. Other than hopefully a one off defect this product is grreat. I can ditch my land line used for credit card processing and fax machine and save nearly 100 bucks a month.

Obsolete
I think it _was_ a great product in its time. It's a great idea, being able to use a cellular service with landline house phones, but they need to update it to work with 4G and 4G LTE, and 5G cellular networks. Most providers no longer support the 2G and 3G frequencies that this product supports.I tried it, just on the chance that the cell network still supported those, but alas, no.I'm switching to the Ooma VoIP system. A bit more expensive, but it will work with house WiFi.

Bien equipo
Importante saber antes de comprarlo si la SIM Card que se va a utilizar si sea compatible con el dispositivo.

Doesn't work with any US carriers.
It's very hard to get the IMEI number but it's possible when the seller gives you the instructions. But also they don't tell you that it only works on an old cell technology and none of the US carriers support it. It's a.great idea for a product i just wish it was upgraded to work with current cell technology.

Use it for a telephone entry system.
This phone was very easy to set up. We had trouble loosing the wifi phone after a storm. This phone worked very well to open the gate in our gated community. In fact we switched it to the primary phone and now use the wifi phone as a backup.

Did no work for me loved the machine
This modem did not work for my office. The modem did work as dial tone and call when I took it to the Tmobile store. However, my location has 12" concrete floor . I liked it very much but the TMobile GSM service would not allow the modem to work. The frequencies matched as far as 1900 MHZ . I can not get Tmobile service on my cell phone either. It worked a couple of time but not in my office. Down the hall it worked
