Neutrogena Oil-Free Daily Long Lasting Facial Moisturizer & Neck Cream with SPF 35 Sunscreen & Glycerin, Non-Greasy, Oil-Free & Non-Comedogenic Face Moisturizer, 2.5 fl. oz

This was recommended to me by a couple people. I suffer from a few spots of rosecea on my face and wanted to try a moisturizer that also gives me SPF coverage. First day it worked fine. But, the second day I applied this stuff, my face BURNED and has given me more rashes on my face than I had before with my rosecea. A lot of people have success with this product which is great but, I’m going back to my Aveeno moisturizer that I’ve been using for years until I find another suitable product that has SPF in it.

Within 2 minutes of applying this product to my face, I had to get into the shower to remove it. My face was getting red, and hot, and I was considering going to the emergency room. Luckily I got away with moderate discomfort for the next two days. I say luckily like going to the emergency room is a normal consideration of mine; it’s not. Long story short, I like my face, I’d prefer to keep it. Maybe the garbage needs a moisturizer and SPF. I’d much rather bin it than risk anyone else I know having this awful reaction.

When I was only using this product by itself it was fine but I decided to actually follow a skincare routine and this moisturizer/sunscreen caused a horrible burning sensation on my face, particularly my cheeks. It felt like someone slapped me across the face. I've gotten sunburn on my face a lot as a kid and that stinging pain was nothing compared to this. At first, I thought it was just because of my lack of skincare steps had degraded my skin barrier so I decided to build it up and come back to this but that didn't work. I ended up switching my moisturizer to Tony Moly's Chok Chok green tea moisturizer and my sunscreen to Cosrx's Aloe Vera sunscreen (both I highly recommend).

I've used Neutrogena for years and have not experienced any issues until purchasing this moisturizer. I wanted a moisturizer with spf and thought this would work. It was a fail. The solution is unusually thick and left my face feeling weird. It did not moisturize my skin. It left a shiny, sticky residue on my face that felt gross. It also left redness and my skin feeling itchy. Not to mention, this is for sensitive skin. Perhaps it is defective or just not a good product. I will NEVER purchase it again. I am highly displeased with this product.

"oil free" still makes my face look and feel like a greaseball. save your money

It's hard to complain about this product when it is so much cheaper than some of the alternatives, but I'll do it anyways since I have had some issues. It does make my skin kind of shiny, it does faintly smell like sunscreen, and on occasion my skin will burn a little bit after putting this on. I'm not sure what kind of sun protection this provides, but I haven't gotten burned ever when using it so I'd like to think it works, especially since neutrogena usually makes high quality products.On the plus side this does make my skin pretty soft and looking healthy and moisturized for quite some time after putting it on. Again, for the price I'll probably keep going with this lotion since I am cheap and don't want to pay more for a product that might not actually be better, but there has to be better alternatives than this out there.

I had a terrible e perience with this product along with a number of people who have also submitted reviews. Several hours after applying this cream my face broke out into a painful burning rash that left blisters and red patches. The red patches and blisters have lasted about a week. It's been the most miserable experience I've had with a skin care product. There are so many complaints from people with this same problem on Amazon and CVS's website, there is no excuse for J&J not addressing this problem. There is obviously something wrong with this product. DO NOT BUY.

Skin care/ anti aging tip #1 drink plenty of water. Tip #2 SPF. After doing extensive research I realized that my previous SPF 15 moisturizer wasn’t sufficient. So I tried this after reading the reviews. I don’t want anything too heavy or smelled like sunblock. This product wins on both counts. Works well under makeup, doesn’t burn my eyes when I sweat at the gym, doesn’t break me out and haven’t had any sunburn issues. I even bought one for my mom. At this price point, it’s really an excellent product.

Made me break out in spots.

I find it very good, a matte finish under makeupmy skin as changed for the better, no way as oily as it used to be.

I'm totally unhappy. Whenever I use it on my face, it burns my eyes, even if I don't use it very close to my eye. Maybe because of bad chemical combination.

I have very sensitive skin to oily moisturizer, I break up in sports if I use any. This product claims to be oil free but after one week usage the spots started, so I have stopped using it and the spots have stopped. You do the maths. For that. 1 star.

It's not very moisturising! I have quite dry skin and it doesn't add much moisture

Brilliant product. Because I suffer from rosacea I need oil free products and this fits the bill, particularly with 35 SPF. Not the cheapest for a moisturiser but great value for one that is high SPF and oil free.

Its a good cream with high spf so I use the spf 15 one regularly but I would use this one if I was going to be in the sun a lot. However for such a tiny bottle it's way too expensive

This is OK. Nothing special about it, but fab that Neutrogena offers an oil-free moisturizer =)
