How many boxes do I get, 4 total because each pack has two boxes? Also why does the picture show a different ounce than in the title?

Is the seasoning in a separate pack and not mixed with the noodles?

Why is this product so much more expensive than other offers for this same product? Am I missing something? Other offers are for 12 packs at $30.
