Nice quality, size down.
Much larger than expected. Size down. Otherwise these are usually on my son for long car rides or if we go to a playground where he doesn’t like to tell me he has to pee.

Great trainers
I bought these for my 4 year old that's been struggling with potty learning. They fit him really well, hes 42" and 40lbs. I wanted something to be able to give a little protection if he doesn't tell me fast enough and has a little accident on the way to the bathroom. They're not very thick so they don't absorb a ton but they help a lot in comparison to regular underwear and he actually feels wet vs disposable trainers which I think was stalling his progress. He's been doing a lot better since using these and hope he'll be fully trained in the next few weeks as a result. The pattern was a bit bonus as he loves everything emergency vehicle related and asks to put them on every morning.

When it's time to try Big Boy underwear
I am potty training my second boy, and I love these underwear. I used them with my first son also. They are Big Boy underwear with a little extra protection for the learning phase. My second little guy just made the transition from daytime pullups to these. He's been using the potty for months now, and he hasn't gone #2 in his underwear for a long time. But #1's just didn't bother him. He just didn't care if he was wet with a pullup on, because it felt too much like a diaper. But once we put him in these, he finally "got it" and stopped peeing in his pants. Yay! He's so proud of himself, and we're proud of him too. These are just like regular underwear, except they have an extra little pad sewn in to absorb small leaks. The waist band is comfortable and secure, with flexibility for busy, active toddlers. The elastic on the legs is a little loose, like every pair of toddler underwear. So these aren't meant for big accidents--they are designed to help with small leaks. My little guy is still in pullups at night and during his nap, but he's been wearing these during the day. I wash and dry these just like regular underwear.I swear by these for the daytime transition from pullups to underwear. I trust the Hanes brand because they hold up. And I would recommend these.

Fit well, nice generic print
I like that these aren't "officially licensed" or anything to double the price so there can be a fish, dog, or pig (for example) on them. After all, they are underwear and by this age, most kids are getting used to the idea of wearing underwear without needing a cartoon character to help them along! The fit of these is very good - true to size, and snug without being tight. They're thick where they need to be without being bulky, and maintain their fit (and shape) even after being washed. All in all, a good set of training underwear!

What you’d expect from Hanes…
Great set of training underwear. Quality stitching, thick reinforced area for leaks/ dribbles, wash well. No shrinkage so far. My toddler says they are comfortable .Not sure what else to say. Definitely recommend.
