TV comes w/ base, not wall bracket (need to be bought by you). We offer 2 screws exclusive to FPD TV for 2 bottom wall - mount holes. You need to get the other 2 when buying the wall - mount bracket.

Yes, you need to connect FPD Google TV to the Fire TV Stick first. After that, you can use the remote control of the Fire TV Stick to control the entire TV.
