The Hbada E3 is one of the best office chairs I have used. Having experienced a variety of office chairs, including some high-end, expensive models, this chair stands out as one of the most impressive.It offers numerous adjustments to customize your sitting position for maximum comfort, and the added leg rest is an excellent feature that exceeded my expectations.However, the leg rest's build quality could be improved, as it feels less robust and would benefit from a redesign to enhance its durability.Overall, this chair provides exceptional comfort for extended hours of desk work and maintains a high standard of quality. The only notable downside is the assembly process, which requires two people to put together. Let's not talk about the positive and assume anything not mentioned, it's all good. Okay, now the negatives, and after that I'll opine.N1. Comes with standard cheapo made for carpet plastic casters (wheels). Add 30-40 bucks to the cost of the product because no one uses the provided wheels.N2. The head rest. Remove the housing for it and inspect it. The plastic gear thing inside it that allows setting height was marred smooth, but others have stated tightening the side bolts, which are only visible after removing the 6 screws that keep the housing together, need tightening. This piece is fully assembled from the factory and there is no mention in the manual about it possibly needing adjustment.Thoughts and opinions:Great bang for the buck, less expensive than a used HM Aero and slightly larger as most used HMAs are not the XL model.Arm rest adjustments are nice, and not something most think about until they've lived in the chair for a few work weeks or more.Lumbar is solid. Lumbar wings seem gimmicky , but man do they provide some serious sustained support for better posture. It took a few months but once I started using them I can't imagine a chair without them. Comparing to my in office HMA this is the superior lumbar option - and I've occupied 4 different HMAs, none had a lumbar that I didn't need to frequently adjust.The seller/vendor/brand: 10 year warranty, they stand by their product and they provide documentation and schematics for this chair which most sub 1k$ units do not and will not provide.Lastly, this chair more comfy than a steelcase series 1/2 and a herman miller aeron. I've been in IT for a long time and I'm very familiar with enterprise grade cubicle chairs - this product wins.

I've had this chair for a month so far and its pretty nice. My only complaints are that the headrest is a little bit too sensitive and moves around too easily. The armrests too, after I assembled it, it felt loose so I took them, off and retightened them but they feel wobbly at the base still. Also, maybe I have shorter arms or something but I feel a lot farther away from my desk than my previous chair because my armrests are long. I have enough back support and everything else is adjustable! I also didn't know much I needed the reclining auto gravity thing. It feels so good not to keep pressure on it and it holds me up well. When I first got it I didn't realize the last click sound was the limit and it took me forever to figure out what that sound was.

Falling in love with this chair ever since I've made the purchase for one as a promoted sale item here on Amazon. An excellent friend of mine, whom also bought this chair around the same time as I did, recommended it to me as well as reviewing ads that I've came across from social media and watched uploaded videos that was displayed from YouTube about this chair did look very promising and tempting to actually get one of these for myself as a very solid upgrade compared to my previous low budget spending gaming chair for sitting super comfortably on it while playing video games as well as streaming on my Smart TV for lengthy periods of time to spare. So once I have received this awesome chair, assembled it, and used it for the majority of my entertainment needs, I am very pleased and I highly recommend anyone such as my family and friends this great product as well as the company responsible for creating a chair for all its wonderful perks that comes with it and etc. HBADA, thank you very much for your excellent customer service as well as all your help and support you have given to me whenever I had minor issues that were quick and easy to resolve from your spectacular product! I was excited when I first got this chair—it looked comfortable and well-built. But within a month it started squeaking, the headrest broke easily, and the materials felt cheap. Now, just 5 months later, it already feels worn out. I regret buying it and am already looking for a replacement.
