Holds and feels like a Beretta 84FS. Operation is so similar it makes a great practice pistol for the backyard. One 12 gram CO2 is capable of firing 4 mags of BB's before gas pressure falls and accuracy begins to fail. As the instructions say: USE STEEL BB's. The copper type tend to jam in the magazine. Well worth the price and it's economical to shoot when you can't get to a range with the real thing. As a side note: this will easily substitute for any compact pistol. The overall ergonomics are quite similar to any double stack 9mm pistol thus making it a suitable practice piece. 5 stars.

Accuracy, aesthetic appearance, blowback realism, power, and overall feel are on point. Definitely make sure to have new or pristine BBs. I had an older and corroded set of BBs and it interfered with the trigger functionality and magazine.Although the new/pristine BBs corrected the trigger’s malfunctioning, the magazine will occasionally cause the slide to lock in an open-chambered position as though the magazine is empty. However, that only tends to happen after 80% of the magazine has been fired. It could very well just be a minor manufacturer fault in the magazine causing this easily correctable hinderance.I am exuberantly satisfied with this purchase. The gun also has a limited 90 day manufacturer warranty if there are any major issues within that length of time. Beyond that, the manual says not to disassemble the gun because specific tools of the manufactures are necessary to do so. Nonetheless, the slide and frontal spring mechanisms are removable and re-attachable without compromising the physical integrity of the gun.

I don't know what has happened but the quality of these items has a drastically gone down in very short amount of time and appears. This is the third item I have bought from the umarex store on Amazon as Amazon has slightly better deals regardless every single item I have ordered has had a fatal flaw or issue to it. For example I ordered a Glock 17 blowback .177 BBs and the item won't even fire it leaks CO2 and a BB rolls out the front barrel. Next one I bought was a M9 84fs and it seemed to work great at first until going through a single round of BB's and now the slide constantly gets stuck.Finally the coup de gras at last! The m92 A1 with Auto fire feature has issues as well! This one I literally cannot even load a single BB into it because of the spring in the magazine is stiff enough to hold the suspension on my motorcycle. And even when I do get it in there it immediately shoots it out at the top because there is no retention. On top of all that the slide once again feels very sticky and tends to get caught up on basically nothing and I don't even have the chance to shoot it to see if it'll misfire because obviously I can't get a single BB in the darn thing!So here's to you UMAREX! GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE. I've liked your items in the past and I want to like them still but every single item I have been sent in the past barely three months has been defective in VARIOUS detrimental ways. Please work on your quality control and your customer service. I would like a refund for this item and every other single item I have purchased. But there's no way to contact seller or anything of the sort so please I'm begging you if you read this, just give me a darn refund mate.

I just received my gun and it ran flawlessly for the first to mags but on one shot the trigger locked up, but I took out the mag a couple times and cooked it a few and then it worked. The gun is nice and compact and makes a good trainer.

This pistol was my first exposure to the feel of a Beretta 84fs... It was love at first grip. I loved the feel andhandling of the 84fs so much that I started a foolish search for a real Beretta Cherokee and I'm hiding the budgeton that purchase from the wife. When I find a nice one I expect to be in the $1000 range. But if it's anything like the replica and of course it will be better then it will be worth having it in my collection. I would give this Umarex replica 5 stars except the CO2 screw at the bottom of the grip takes away from the authentic look and is takes practice activating the cartridge without losing half of the gas. The CO2 cylinder should be in the magazine anyway. That would earn this pistol a 10 !

It looks and feels exactly like the real thing... solid construction, empty weight seems correct (about 2 pounds).The hammer in the upright (uncocked) position is somewhat loose, so not sure what that it about. And maybe you have to actually have a CO2 cartridge installed for the DA to work. Right out of the box it only functions as SA (pull the hammer back, pull the trigger).For the price, not overly happy and other reviews are very mixed so I think I'll send it back.EDITED TO NOTE -- item is not returnable due to CO2 (even though there is no CO2 included)... apparently the seller can ship it but I can't...

Very good gun. It is a bit smaller than I thought in hand. And at first I thought it was way too small. It really is not that small compared to the Glock 19. Good gun. More powerful than the M92. I now have a tactical rail with a laser and with those on there it does not seem small at all. Great gun. Its worth the money. Doesn't Jam. 360 fps is what it says and that is about right, but remember they are step bbs not plastic so it shoots more powerfully and farther. I recommend it.
