The device comes nicely packaged in a sterile sealed pack. Feels much more sanitary than typical plastic shrink wrap. The plastic case inside houses the roller and is sturdy enough for continued storage and even travel if you wish. The roller itself feels sturdy, does not wobble during use, and rolls smoothly. The needles themselves are a good beginner's length at 0.25mm. Easy to use and does not cause any hair breakage during use (I'm using it on the scalp for hair growth).

My daughter told me about the derma rollers and asked for one to use with her face and hair products. When I checked into it I found out it can help treat hair loss as well so I ordered two; a white Aither Derma Roller for her and a black Aither Derma Roller for me. Note that these are personal items that need to be sterilized between uses so sharing one would not be advisable. They should not be used on active acne either; they are for acne scars only. Using on active acne can spread bacteria so I had to caution my daughter. When the derma rollers arrived I unboxed my black one to test it out. It looks good and feels good in my hand. The rigid plastic doesn't have any flex and it rolled effortlessly. It appears to be well made. It has a nice rigid case that looks a little like a coffin to me but it keeps the derma roller and it's Microneedles protected from damage. The Microneedles appear to be shorter than in the pictures and I didn't expect much but after rolling it over the bald dome on my head I could feel a prickling sensation even an hour later. The instructions say to apply a hair growth serum after using the derma roller but the product page didn't mention this. I gave up on chemical hair growth products because they never worked for me but I could see where this derma roller could help with absorption so I plan to give it another try. This is as far as I tested mine. Based on my experience and information I have read these really work but to a lesser degree than what you would get by a professional micro needling.
