what are the ingredients?

Don't know the ingredients but my ophthalmologist recommended it to me and it was great I've suffered from dry eyr for years and these were the only drops that really worked.

my doctor wants me to use these 4 times a day. Do the drops come in any other form other than the single use kind?

I don't think so, but I might be wrong. I prefer the single doses. Each vial contains more then one drop, approximately 6 drops. They are resealable, I use each vial till it is empty.

How does it work with wearing contacts blurry???

Ask your eye doctor. I use another brand. My eye doctor told me to avoid using my product because it might hurt the lens. Agsin, ask your doctor or lens technician.
