Love this product! Almost a year of ordering from original site and paying extra for shipping, I figured why keep paying shipping when I have Amazon prime.Unfortunately this is the way it looked like, 3 separate purchases of the pair (conditioner and shampoo). $300 worth of damaged bottles and lost product. I’m am going to have to go back and order from original site again.

Super slimy product. How do I know? Because it arrived open in the container which was just asoft envelope,, and then it took 40 minutes of texting with customer support to get a refund.
