This is one of the best products ever. It is a life changing, great quality product. I'll recommend it for muscle relaxer and muscles pain healing. It's also really helpful as a sleeping aid.

At first, this did not work for me as a sleep aid. I tried 2 then 3 then finally 4 capsules. The 4 capsules worked really well and I had a really restful sleep.

Easy to take, no side effects

This truly helps me not wake up completely stiff. For me the melatonin dose within these capsules is t sufficient and I supplement with additional melatonin.

It helps with muscle relax but don't help me with the sleep part.

I haven’t slept well for years but refuse to take any prescription meds. I decided to try this, it relaxes me and I do sleep better. I feel more relaxed. I highly recommend trying this if you are a light sleeper and just need a little help relaxing.
