Atta kneader is the best for home but dough blade of the kneader has been missed by mistake will you provide me one more doughblade

The temperature it attains is quite good to get a good roast of dosas.
My earlier 6 year old one bought for Rs 1399 Nova brand of same type had it's nonstick coating peeled off in some places due to some object falling on it, though it's working very well had to supplement it with a new one to have the flexibility of using it as a live uttapam gril like a hotel barbecue and keep removing a portion to your plate while it is roasting and is at the end of cooking phase while you have afresh one parallelly getting cooked with a lid at initial stage.So one additional good things compared to my old nova is that this can get tad bit hotter to give the desired roasting consistencies when thermostat is kept at full. Over all quality of the product is good and the Indian 3 PIN type of plug is better than my Nova which had only 2 PINS which a different type of ground connection and had to replace the plug top.One additional tip, use a silicon spatula which makes it so easier and avoids any damages to the surface compared to wooden ones, this is very important since any scratch in the nonstick surface you will end up replacing the whole unit.All in all though expensive compared to my earlier one but does it's job as expected.Bought for Rs 1992

Very Poor Quality Instrument.
Not giving proper Temperature even the Temperature Knob adjusted/ kept at Maximum and Time has also given 20-30 Minutes , hence the cooking items become uncooked. It is not giving proper response and looks that the Instrument is not well tested and the Manufacturer has not having Quality Control Department.Not useful, poor response.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Thought Glen was a good company. Product below expectation. Kneeds aata well but there is gear slipping from day 1.

My feedback is not just Glen but basic issue with crepe (called dosa) machines in India. The concept is excellent but looks like all these guys buy from the same Chinese factory- who is cutting corners. Machine gets extremely hot on sides and to manipulate the crepe/ dosa etc you need to touch the sides and that burns the fingers. We have literally thrown this machine within 2 months of purchase.
