Sprinkle Me !
Bought this to make my L reuteri yogurt and it is excellent. Have had good results I am confident as it is Organic and nothing added. Also the trick to mixing is to put liquid first then sprinkle on top and let the insulin dissolve into liquid then there is no clumping or hard lumps.I will definitely be buying again when it runs out and now going to add to my food as well.

Organic inulin
Good quality inulin, has a more yellowy appearance than white (which is perfectly normal and i prefer), nice as a sweetner and of course as a source of soluble fibre. Nice in youghurt.

Easy to use
Why did you choose this product over others?:Recommended by my GP to help with menopause bloating. I add to my morning cereal, it doesn’t alter the taste at all. It is slightly sweet if anything. I have also added it to fruity teas. Ease of use:One tablespoon a day in cereal or tea.

Lovely flavour, takes a while to dissolve.
My all time favourite inulin for flavour. I use it in warm milk and it tastes like horlicks. It takes longer to dissolve than other inulin products I've tried, but it's worth the wait. Nice, gentle effect. Will definitely be buying more.

Didn’t work for me
I think the product is probably great but not for me. Made my blood sugar spike instead of lowering it. Might be just my body and help other people but didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Tastes Pleasant
Organic so no nasty fillers, smells of candyfloss and tastes quite sweet, I have had a few of these over the past months and they mix well and are not unpleasant to taste. The organic aspect is important to me as I don't like additives in my supplements.

Great product at a good price
Been hearing a lot about the benefits so thought I’d try. Firstly I wanted to buy from a trusted brand.Price is excellent.So easy to add to drinks/cereal/smoothies as adds a little sweetness.I started with 5g then went up to 10g. ( made me ‘gassy’)I’m going to let my body get used to this gradually. So I’ve reduced the quantity to start with to 2-3g. I found that the body needs time to adjust. Will see how it goes before I increase the dose back to 5g.
