Q: How do I prepare and use this for my skin care? Also does the combination help lighten dark skin?

You melt them together using a double boiler or in a pot on very, VERY low heat. That combination alone will NOT lighten dark skin.

Q: If the butters come inside of plastic and the sealed brown bag, how are people receiving somenof them with the plastic in the sealed bag open already?

I received mine in both brown and clear bag sealed. However the butter I got smelled like it had gone off...it was very easy to use otherwise but I guess I just got an old one.

Q: Will this be good for melt and pour soap?

I don't know about soap, I use for body lotions

Great quality!

I have purchased these individually and was glad to see the option to get them together at a great price. I make my own body butter and have tried other products but these are the best. Great quality!

I use three butters to make my own lotion within melted coconut oil. I use this as an "in-shower" moisturizer during the winter and it has helped drastically with my dry winter skin.

Super moisturizing

I made a balm of the three 'butters' and they work very well as a moisturizer. The cocoa butter does smell like chocolate but that's not something that bothers me at all. They're all solid so you need to add other oils to break them down and make them spreadable The shea and mango didn't have a negative smell and none of them were rancid as reported by others. Good stuff....

Buying again in larger quantity. Quality was great and allowed me to make amazing products. Packaged well for long shelf life, before and after mixing. Will continue to use/suggest this seller as long this order is accurate as well. They smell like they should, NATURALLY and I love it. Only complaint, is I hate that the price went up so much so soon

Great product

Just love using this product. Leave skin soft and hydrated looking throughout the day. Even good for heel. Better than cream. It will eventually solidify. Tip: put in hot water for a few minutes before each use.

When I first received this product I did not get 8oz each. I took a picture of it on a scale and sent to the company. They did send me replacements which I received. They all smelled fine and I was able to make some body butter. Will be purchasing again
