I got this for my cousin who just delivered a baby. This actually complements her current diet and health. These laddoos are tasty, so it's actually easy to get the right nutrients. And my cousin added that it also helps with her frequent cravings.

I do not recommend this product. Taste-wise, it is not good. The balls are hard and almost inedible. The texture is unpleasant, and the flavor is lacking. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not purchase this again.

Not found any difference by taking this.

I tried aliv for the first time. It helped me in dealing with some of the health issues. Thank you. It's not very sweet like usually ladoos are. Taste is nice.
