Review: Très pratique - Bon produit, conserve bien les aliments Review: Faulty product - BUYER BEWARE! - These containers are shipped with a faulty silicone plug in the center of the lid (where you put the vacuum punp) After a couple hours, the vacuum seal breaks and it is due to the silicone stopper. I know this because I have their other product... glass containers that are suitable for refridgerator, microwave, etc.... and have exchanged the stoppers and they worked prefectly. The stoppers on these 2 products are different. I have called Zwilling customer service to see if I could PURCHASE replacement stoppers (didn't ask for anything free) and their response is that they do not sell that part... only thing to do is exchange the entire item! (If it can still be returned). What happens in a year or two if that small piece gets lost? (they pop out easily). So here is hoping desertcart will allow me to return this flawed product. They are not inexpensive, but I thought might be worth the expense if they worked well. Also, I had to call Zwilling. I first tried to email them, but no response. Customer service is just a telephone operator that kicks the can down the road. I'd not purchase again... sad that i got suckered for over $300 purchasing these faulty items.
