Al Kbous Yemeni Coffee. 17.6oz - 500g

I wasn't sure what to expect when someone recommended coffee from Yemen. Would it be too strong for my American palate? No! The beans were ground finer than I do at home, but that worked well as I had to use less. The taste is smooth with just a hint of sweetness. Definitely going to buy this again.

Overly priced, Won’t buy it again.

I had heard how good Yemeni coffee was and decided to order this one. The description wasn't very good, so I didn't know what to expect. What I received was a very fine ground, light roasted bean. I brewed a pot using my standard pour over. It was good, but a bit too light tasting for me. I found it to be of better use when adding a couple of scoops to my regular coffee to give it some highlights, which I enjoyed. I would definitely pre-wet the grounds, otherwise you may not get a very good extraction. Because of the fine grind, it will float when adding the water, then you can stir the grounds after adding the first half of the water.

Great coffee! One of the best I've ever had and I live in coffee addict alley where many shops roast their own and we have a pick of coffees from all around the world. This is, hands down, the smoothest coffee I've ever had. Do look up how to make it the Yemeni traditional way with spices and you'll really lose your mind over this great coffee. Thanx for a great bean done with a superb roast....

When you open the bag you get an aroma that is a mixture of coffee and chocolate. What could be better than that? This coffee is super smooth without a hint of bitterness. Very fast shipping.

This is my favorite brand of coffee. Surprised not that many people know about it. I highly recommend it.

Horrible.

You can buy this at the Middle eastern store for half price.. it’s the best tasting coffee and most effective in the world but it’s way too pricey here, not buying here again.
