Works well.
Worked well with my headset, sound is clear and can be heard and understood well over mic.

Did not work, would not connect to the headset fully.
This product does not work. My avionics team says that there is something wrong internally that seems like it won't connect fully. I can hear thru it, but cannot talk. Trying to use a military David Clark headset with one male plug splitting into two plugs so it will work in a small aircraft. Now I have to buy something else.

I made the switch from helicopters to regional/commuter airlines and didn't want to pay a huge amount of money. So, I purchased this adapter for use in the Embraer 175. Works perfectly.

Exactly what I needed
Lets me use my single plug Bose headset on normal GA aircraft. I tired the impedance adapters since I primarily use the Bose for military aviation, but the microphone wouldn't work. With this adapter, my headset transmits and receives great.

Mic portion doesn't allow you to transmit, will not work on a Bose A20, or David Clark headset!
It only half works. It would be great if you didn't need to actually talk to anyone. You can listen, just don't try to talk. Bottom line: this thing doesn't work, mic does not transmit.

Works with military headsets!!
Works great! I bought it to use with my David Clark headset and had no issues. Used it on a DA20.
