SSD Failed <1year
Really disappointed in the quality of this product. The SSD failed completely in less than 1 year (purchased Jul 2025). How does the SSD drive fail that quickly?

Bought this just to do a little bit of gaming on so far no problems seems to work good for the price five stars

Ram is trash.
**update** we replaced the Ram and it works fine. Ram failed after 2 months everything else is good. I’ll take back my one star and give it 4. The first one we received wouldn't power on. We figured something probably got jarred loose during shipping so we returned it and received the replacement. My 10 year uses this computer for mainly games like Roblox, Fortnite or Youtube. We got it set up on 3/4 and here we are just over 2 months later and the computer is completely unusable. Any app that is opened will instantly freeze the computer and it will throw an error code. It's thrown multiple different ones indicating everything from the Ram to the motherboard. I'm livid. We did a complete reset of the entire thing and it is still nothing more than a very heavy, expensive, unusable paperweight. My 10 year old saved all of his Christmas and Birthday money for a year to get this garbage, unacceptable.

IS CONSTANTLY FREEZING
COMP KEEPS FREEZING... NOT EVEN PLAYING A GAME AND IT JUST FREEZES. CAN'T EVEN CTRL/ALT/DELETE TO SEE WHAT HAS STOPPED RESPONDING. YES I HAVE LET IT UPDATE, UPDATED THE DRIVERS TOO. I MEAN I JUST SET THE DAMN THING UP. NOW MIGHT HAVE TO RETURN THE DAMN THING. TRIED TALKING TO THEIR SUPPORT... ALL HE DID WAS HAVE ME RESET THE COMPUTER SAID UT SHOULD WORK... NOPE IT DIDNT!! HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT XMP WAS OR HOW TO UNLOCK OT TO GET TO IT IN BIOS!! REALLY AND THEIR SUPPOSED TO BE TECH SUPPORT?? ALSO STILL HAPPENING 9N SECOND DAY HAVING IT... SO TRIED TO CALL... TWICE TODAY!! NO ONE EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONES!! IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSINESS DAY!! LIKE WTF!! WHO DOESNT HAVE ANYONE WORKING DURING A BUSINESS DAY!!! WAS TODAY A CANADIAN HOLIDAY??

Overall Good Computer
Overall it is a pretty good gaming computer. My only complaint so far is that the power supply fan is very loud. I wound up putting the computer under my desk because of the fan noise. The computer is generally good so far.

Died one day after the return window
Computer lasted exactly 31 days before it would not power on. Motherboard gets power, but doesn't show video or post. Very disappointing that I am just one day past the return window. Going to try and contact the manufacturer, but don't have high hopes. Avoid this one and spend a few dollars more for a more dependable machine.
