I've buyed Whirlpool air condition and it was defective item. Air condition was not cooling even Whirlpool didn't even borthered to come for check-up for product. Later amazon arrange to return and when a person came to picked, he say's we have uninstall the product and then only he will pickup the product. Upon calling amazon care, amazon is saying sir you have uninstall the ac. Now I've pay again for defective ac for uninstall of product. Why should I pay twice 1st of installation and secondly for uninstall of defective pics of this Whirlpool ac.

Worst Worst Worst AC. I recommend don't buy this AC please. Don't waste your precious money on this AC. I purchased a Whirlpool AC expecting decent performance, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within a few weeks of installation, the cooling became inconsistent and the unit started making loud, irritating noises. Despite being rated as energy efficient, my electricity bill skyrocketed. The remote is unresponsive half the time, and the customer service is unhelpful and slow to respond. I regret choosing Whirlpool and would not recommend this AC to anyone looking for reliable cooling and quality. Save your money and go for a better brand.

I got this AC for 26K (Read in the end to know how) Pros: *Excellent cooling performance *Quiet operation thanks to BLDC fan *Stylish design *Remote with backlight (note: includes a horizontal swing button not supported by this model, but I was aware) Cons (Installation): *Technician overcharged for welding despite existing fittings *Used personal wire instead of the provided one *Took a full day for installation (previous Marq AC was installed in 3 hours) Tip for Buyers: *Buy the AC stand from Amazon or a local store to save money. Whirlpool charges ₹1000, and external stands may require an additional ₹150–₹200 for installation. *Buy inverter also from outside if power fluctuates in your area. Overall: The AC itself is excellent, but the installation felt overpriced and inefficient. Be informed to avoid unnecessary charges. I bought this AC at a unbelievable discount for 26K (Thanks to LootAlerts telegram channel for the Price Drop Alert) + 3K installation cost was paid to technician.
