My fave brand and go to for steel cups. Love that the straw is also steel and not plastic. Keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. No sweating. 10/10 would always buy this brand. Save the extra straw holder that comes with it. You'll need it in a year or two. The fact they provide it is a super bonus!

I was very pleased with my purchase. This is my second tumbler. As the first one got lost when I moved. It keeps my drinks cold for hours. I would purchase from this vendor again.

After trying my niece's Otterbox tumbler, I checked them out - and after reading reviews about Otterbox and Arctic they seemed to come out close - but of course the Arctic price was better and you don't have to purchase a separate top with the straw. I have to say the Otterbox tumbler kept the ice better for a longer period of time than this Arctic one. But it does still have some small ice pieces by the end of 8 hrs, whereas the Otterbox had full ice cubes for over 12 hours (and 3 of those hours it was sitting in a hot car). But overall, I'm keeping the Arctic. Why? Reasonable price. it comes with a clear top that locks securely with a flip opening for drinking straight from the tumbler or a hole in the center that has a rubber closing seal - you can open this to insert the metal straw that comes with it (a cleaning brush for the straw is included) & another thing I like about the straw is the top has a rubber tip for your mouth - if you've ever drank really cold things from a metal straw where your lips are directly on that metal - just imagine that scene in the movie where the kid is teased into licking a frozen pole & can't remove his tongue! This tumbler is a 20oz and comfortable for my small to medium hand to hold. Not too heavy when completely full. Seal is tight, doesn't leak when tipped over. I got the brushed orange color to stand out from all the other tumblers people carry. Even though the ice didn't really last ALL day, my drink was gone long before that anyway, so...save some $$. Haven't tried it with hot drinks yet, will update when I do. It also came with a 2nd replacement seal for the straw hole - I guess in case you lose one.

The cup is great, however I ordered stainless steel color and got dark green. Was for Father's Day, and he didn't mind the color so I am not returning it, but it's not what I ordered.EDITTHE SELLER REACHED OUT TO ME, TURNS OUT IT WAS MISLABELED. THEY MADE IT RIGHT. It works great. No leaks when locked. Keeps drinks cold with no condensation on outside.

Keeps my drinks c-c-c-cold all day long! The lid is a little tricky to get off when you have the straw in place, but you can't take the straw out without taking the lid off first. That's really not a big deal to me. I'm just glad this cup keeps my water cold even if I leave it sitting in the cupholder of my truck for a few hours (yah, it fits in the cupholder perfectly!) I haven't tested it longer than that in the car, but it stayed cold overnight in my house. The ice had melted, but the water was still nice and cold. Super pleased with this purchase!UPDATE: This is the second time I've ordered this tumbler. It's the only cup I use and it goes everywhere with me, so I wanted a second one to rotate. The first one I got was pink, and it's been dropped a few times, causing the enamel to chip off in a few spots around the rim, so this time I ordered the stainless steel so there's no risk of chipping. Plus the pink was pretty darn bright - a little obnoxious for my tastes. Fits perfectly in my Tahoe and Jeep's cupholders and really does keep my drinks ice cold - just the way I like 'em! I do use ice, so I can't say how well it keeps cold drinks cold without ice. I like how it comes with the cleaning brush for the straw, as well as extra straws. The one I just received has a slightly different lid, which I actually prefer for easier cleaning. Great product, great price.

The tumbler works fine and keeps cold beverages cold very well. However I ordered the stainless steel and received one that was green. It was no big deal and not worth the effort to return it.I don’t personally care for the way the flip top cover doesn’t sit flush when open.
