EIP Magnetix Keyboard Case for Google Pixel Tablet 11 inch 2023, White

I bought the eiP and Penoval GPT Bundle Pro, which includes the Magnetix keyboard case, USI 2.0 stylus, screen protector, and a slim tablet bag. This combo is fantastic! I initially only wanted the first three items, but the bundle effectively gave me a free waterproof and very slim bag (my old laptop bags were too big for a tablet). It’s such a great deal! Focusing on the Magnetix keyboard case, it’s truly excellent. Appearance: The leather case feels premium and offers strong protection. It has a stylus holder, and the keyboard and case can be used separately or together with perfect cutouts. Functionality: The overall typing experience on the keyboard is superb with no lag. My palms are relatively large, so I occasionally touch the trackpad by mistake. Thankfully, they thoughtfully designed a trackpad deactivation feature (Fn + Space), which makes note-taking smooth. Additionally, the trackpad itself is very convenient with many gesture options. I previously used a MacBook Air, so I had to get used to the system differences, but everything from taking quick screenshots to switching to the previous app and going to the home screen is very easy. I believe Google should collaborate with them because this greatly enhances the use scenarios of the tablet. The original setup was too limited, unlike Apple’s complete ecosystem. Thankfully, the eiP Magnetix is now available. It’s incredibly useful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accessories for Google Pixel Tablet.

This keyboard case is very thoughtfully designed and an excellent value. It has been a gamechanger for how I use the Pixel Tablet so I can now leave my laptop behind when traveling and just take the Pixel Tablet. Even at home, I find myself using the Pixel Tablet more now, and my laptop less. Google made a huge mistake in not releasing their own keyboard product. It's not the slimmest or sleekest looking, and there can be a slight amount of unevenness when attaching the keyboard magnets (compared to better precision of a Surface laptop keyboard, which is much more expensive, but given the price and the limited selection available for the Pixel tablet, this EPI keyboard is the best option. And you can keep the case on, quickly remove the keyboard, and still attach the tablet to the speaker dock. The touchpad is serviceable but for better accuracy, I tend to use the touchscreen or a portable mouse anyways. Furthermore, Android has improved a lot when it comes to using a tablet with a keyboard and a mouse, so multi-tasking is improved. Battery life for the keyboard has been good enough, and it will shut off after a few seconds if it hasn't been used to conserve power. The only real complaint I have is you can't reverse the scroll direction of the touchpad. However, the upcoming Android 16 quarterly upgrade might allow this option to be done in the OS itself.

I want to give this keyboard 4.5 because it is very solid and turns my Pixel Tablet into a productive device. The keys have decent travel, build quality feels great. The backlit keys are a nice touch and you get different colors as well as low and high brightness settings. Plenty of shortcut keys make it very useful. It's not great for using on your lap, but you can kinda get away with it. One really neat trick is that you don't have to magnetically attach the keyboard in order to use it (since it's connected through Bluetooth). I do have two small gripes. 1) disconnection issues. It's not always constant, but from time to time, I'll be typing on it and the connection will drop, lights will flash, and then it reconnects a few seconds later on its own. It'll keep doing this every few minutes or so, until you restart either the tablet or the keyboard. Sometimes just turning off Bluetooth on the tablet will correct it. 2) Trackpad is meh...6/10. It does the trick, but it's not always precise and sometimes clicks will move the cursor to another spot on the screen and your intended target is missed. This happens mostly with Google docs and emails. I find it easier to just use the touch screen when selecting text or picking a spot to edit. The track pad does get a little oily as well, so it requires a wipe down fairly often. Overall, I'm very happy with the keyboard. These issues aren't daily and are really minor annoyances, but given that there aren't many options for the Pixel Tablet, it's hard to go wrong with this keyboard.

First, this Magetix Keyboard Case has a great texture with high-quality material. The back stand is easy to open and adjust the angle, making it very easy to install on the docking station as well. Next, the quality of the trackpad is excellent. It is very responsive and supports many gestures, such as swiping down with three fingers to go to the home page and swiping up with three fingers to return to the previous app, which is very convenient. As for the keyboard itself, it has a seven-color backlight, which I really like and find very cool. It even has a breathing light effect. The shortcut keys are also very convenient. My favorites are the shortcut for going back one step, taking screenshots, and going to the workflow. Lastly, the quick-release function is very practical. The keyboard and case are connected by magnets and can be easily separated. If I just want to take the case and pen to class to take notes, I can leave the keyboard at home. Even for remote use, it works as advertised; the Bluetooth connection allows for easy remote control. Especially since I use the Pixel Tablet as an Android TV control hub at home, this keyboard is as convenient as a remote control. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended.

The keyboard is really good, but the trackpad is garbage. 50/50 chance it will respond to your touches on any given attempt. Battery life seems good.

This is exactly what I wanted for my Google Pixel tablet. A sturdy, protective, nice, small case with a decent keyboard to turn my tablet into a laptop all without adding too much bulk. Fit: Perfection. I don't feel like I had to force the tablet in, it just fit, even with a screen protector. Keyboard: Types well, good spacing for my fingers, lovely clicky sound Trackpad: oh man, love a good trackpad as a mouse, works well Magnet Strength: 💪🏼 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 5 stars for sure, feels very secure Features: love the stand/opening to fit the docking station/speaker and stylus pen Quality & Appearance: love the feel of the case and it just genuinely looks and feels solid and well made Value for money: Price is appropriate for how well the case appears to be made and how well it fits the tablet. Battery Life: don't really have an answer for this yet, but I do like the ability to see how much battery life is left in the keyboard with a button ON the keyboard (gives a certain amount of flashing light to indicate percentage of battery life)

I'm very sad because it used to work wonderfully but now it just doesn't connect at all. The Bluetooth connection isn't compatible with Android 15 and since the Pixel tablet is way beyond that update they really should have the issue fixed by now but they haven't. I looked it up in their store and they make you download a bunch of files and an app that isn't protected by Google play to fix it which I'm not willing to do. I was just planning on buying a newer version because it's actually a very nice keyboard but a lot of companies mix their inventory so it's not a guarantee that you'll get the newest version. The mouse is also very glitchy now too and it's just basically useless.

A friend recommended the Pixel Tablet, the EIP Magnetix keyboard case and a Penoval pen and all three work perfectly together. I touch type at about 65 wpm so not that fast but I had few adjustments using a smaller keyboard than my lap top and some familiar keys and functions in different places. The keyboard is surprisingly easy to touch type on, especially having never used this type of keyboard before. The tablet fits perfectly in the case and functions perfectly as a protective case and keyboard. I was very reticent about buying a Bluetooth keyboard as Bluetooth connectivity varies greatly from device to device, some manufacturers make it work perfectly others do not. So far this EIP keyboard has worked perfectly every time with the Pixel tablet. I bought on a pre Black Friday sale and I am very happy with the purchase and would buy again and would certainly recommend to others.

Amazing product, easy to connect and you can charge whilst using it. Battery life is easily a day with my usage, sometimes lasts even longer.

Very disappointed that there is no UK keyboard layout for this device, as excellent as it is in other ways. I have reluctantly bought this because of its otherwise great compatibility and capability with the Google Pixel tablet. It was very easy to set up, although the instruction sheet could be a bit clearer with images or diagrams (do not assume where switches and lights are at first time use!). The keys are well spaced and have a nice feel to them for a touch typist. The trackpad is also very positive and easy to use. It would be very useful for the manufacturer to make possible a means to access UK and EU symbols, particularly the £ and € symbols if selling into the UK and Europe! Surely a ALT+key combination would not be too much to ask for? For now I'll have to use GBP or EUR instead.

Ok so the case is very well made, soft to touch external cover and keyboard, the fit for the tablet is very snug and the tpu section is easy to handle to remove the tablet. I found that the case does make it a tad awkward to use the finger print sensor OR set it up BUT other then that its pretty good. The keyboard was a breeze to connect, battery life seems pretty awesome although I have only had it for almost a week. The keyboard connects to the bottom of the tablet portion of the case via magnets, very solid magnets mind you, and easy to disconnect re-connect when needed. The keyboard at start sort of felt cheap although keeping the slim profile even my dell 2 in 1 has the same tactile feel and travel, although these keys feel a bit more sturdy. The keyboard is backlight is controllable and can change color or even turned off to save battery, the blue look nice and sharpe although the red make me feel like in falling into a twilight zone episode the letters are also eliminated to its not just behind the key which is great for dark areas. The additional keys at the top which have unique control such as home, search, brightness music player etc are a great feature as you donthave to be really scollingthrough the tablet to find what you are after, the touch pad is a game changer, realistically puts a lot of control into your finger tips and you don't hve to jump between touch screen and keyboard, 2 or 3 finger control and double tap etc works great, a bit small but it gets the job done. Over all, I love it, its not like a dell latitude 2 in 1 when the tablet joins to a frame of the keyboard or like a surface, this will sit flat of a surface. Remember it attaches to the back of the tablet part of the case via magnets. P.S, the case has a loop for a stylus, from my research the pixel tablet can use a stylus but do your homework for the best one to use. And the back of the case is design to accomodate the dock.

Overall, it’s a clean, lightweight, and convenient option that adds real value without making the tablet feel bulky.

I love this it works very well with my Google pixel tablet I use it on a daily basis pretty much turns my tablet into a mini laptop I bought a Google charging dock that is also a speaker that this has an opening for it to magnetize to the back of the tablet to charge from the speaker when attached acts as the stand. It connects by way of bluetooth.
