I was really excited about this product and hopeful that it would help me rest and recharge. Unfortunately, it had the opposite effect. It felt like I had a cup of coffee before bed. I had a lot of trouble falling asleep after taking it. If you're considering buying this, please note that its effectiveness may vary depending on your body’s response.

The gummies did work as far as helping me fall asleep but I did not sleep straight through the night. Will continue using them to see if my sleep quality improves.

I have a horrible time sleeping all night through. These are so helpful and they work bonus. I could take these and I don’t wake up throughout the night and I don’t have to fill my body with a bunch of chemicals from Perscription sleeping medication’s love these would recommend to everyone or anyone who has a hard time sleeping

Great product! Within minutes I am calmer, more relaxed, ready to sleep. It doesn’t put me to sleep as there is often “one more thing” I need to do or check on. Awakening earlier with a clear mind, ready to take on the day. No draggy feeling during the day. Finally sleeping through the night without that sleep med “hangover.” I strongly recommend Natrol.

Dosage suggests taking two. I take one and it puts me to sleep all night long.

I ordered two bottles during Prime Days. There are no Lot numbers and Expiration dates printed on the bottles. Supplements don't expire, but I'm not comfortable using a product that doesn't have a Lot number. I gave the item 5 stars because the product is great.Update: The Lot Numbers and Expiration dates are printed on the bottom of the bottles, not on the labels.
