This supplement product arrived on time. I have had a chance to take the full recommended dosage and have had no negative reactions. I felt that this supplement gave me a more positive mood. Also, both my daily walks and gym workouts have felt better. I am a senior in my mid-70s and for me, this supplement has been very helpful in my daily life.

A close friend highly recommended Laminine as she claimed it did wonders in helping her recover from a serious injury. After duly taking it as prescribed I was unable to notice any discernable difference whatsoever. It is disappointing as the supplement is expensive and I had high hopes for it.

Besides being crazy expensive, this product caused terrible stomach/intestinal issues. The bloating and gas were just awful. So not worth the hype and would not buy this again.

I was a bit skeptical about Laminine - Lifepharm's flagship product, built around growth factors extracted from fertilized chicken eggs. I went through their literature. This is not a new product, but one that finally found its way to Amazon after creating a following sold via MLM channels. The literature reflects that - promising pilot studies that would claim that laminine is a cure-all for vitality, blood sugar, lipids, libido, you name it - but no follow-up, which, given that most studies are from 20 years ago, is suspicious.Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to try it. No side effects, easy swallow. I have to say that it seems to have positively affected my energy levels, but the effect was rather small.From my personal experience, I'd say that there might be some truth to some of their claims. But I am very skeptical about the lack of follow-up to all the pilot studies. However, it might work for you.

This has no basis in science, it's a shady MLM company using some exciting buzzwords in the hopes of making customers pay a silly amount of money for a product that does absolutely nothing.

I do feel that I experienced some mild lift in energy and mood from taking this product. I have read about benefits from growth factors in fertilized chicken eggs, so I was prepared to be favorably inclined toward taking Laminine. Taking it is okay, I have had no ill effects . Possibly if I took it long term, or took more of it the value might be clearer.The fact that Lifepharm has been selling this through multi level marketing is another reason to question the high price. My experience is that MLM processes increase the price at every sales tier ,enough so that it seems to me the (artificial) price of any MLM product generally far exceeds its value.

Easy to take, no odor, no flavor. Small size suitable for 12 and older. No immediate result, but no negative effects either.
