What are the ingredients of this version of Kikkoman soy sauce?

How is 30$ for a gallon = 0.06 / oz?

I double checked my invoice. At the time of my purchase it was $18.99 per gallon in March 2022. So about $0.15 per gallon. If I said $0.06 my math was wrong.

I bought the japanese version. it is very salty and lacks the complex flavor of the american brewed product. which is this?

This is American made if it's too salty for you don't forget that there's a green label reduce sodium that's just as good. You can also cut it down with a little bit of water.

does this product contain sodium benzoate? I am looking for one that does not. Some list only wheat, beans etc, others do include it, which is correct

I checked all 5 of my containers, and none list sodium benzoate. The Yamasa brand I have also doesn't list it as an ingredient. To be sure, I'd contact the manufacturer.
