Got these to try and help with various autoimmune issues unfortunately they did not help. They are larger but go down easy with water and I did not experience any side effects. They may have boosted my immune system I did not get sick while taking them but for my purpose they did not work. I take other products from this company and all of them are very high quality and very effective.

I like the blend of mushrooms in this brand and it is more reasonably priced than others. Just started taking it so not sure it’s helping, but adding mushrooms to my supplement plan is part of my recovery from breast cancer.

Since starting to take this several months ago, I have not suffered from any sort of virus (cold, flu, etc.) even with being exposed to other family members who have had colds.

This is a noteworthy mushroom supplement. The ingredients are certified organic. One serving is only one capsule (most other mushroom supplement state 2 capsules for a serving). The label displays certifications/badges for: Vegan, Gluten-free, Non-GMO and Certified Organic (Quality Assurance International). I appreciate these badges, especially the non-GMO and Certified Organic. I do wish they also had cGMP and/or FDA registered facility.The variety of included mushrooms is quite impressive. Unfortunately they list it as an Organic Mushroom Mycelial Biomass Blend, with a total of 700mg. I would have liked deatailed information of quantity per mushroom. However, I am familiar and fond of most of the included mushroom types.
