Hi Ron, Good question... Milk is sweet and alkaline, I would recommend our Classico Napoletano blend because it contains Robusta and it is medium-high roast. Only a full-bodied blend with some acidity can have enough strength to overcome the barrier milk erects against the coffee flavor. I would also suggest to set your Bean-To-Cup grind to 'fine' and make a double espresso with 10 grams. Thanks, Sergio

Question for the seller; Is it possible to buy 1kg in two bags of 500g, rather than the single 1kg bag ?

Hi! Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately we only offer 1kg bags, sorry about that. I would say that a good way to store the coffee for long terms is in an airtight container in the fridge.

What’s this like for tall blacks?

Hi Ignore alien orders, I don't know how coffee is made on other planets, but the little I know is from my experience in this earth, here usually we make a tall black with 4/5 hot water 1/5th espresso, for our coffee I would use a double shot with at least 18 grams to keep a deep flavour and thick cream. Our coffee is low acidity so it doesn't necessarily need milk, that makes it quite suitable to be drank black in my opinion. Thank you for your interest!
