This is the best harissa I’ve found. Ever. It’s very spicy, which I like. The flavor is spot on, just like I’ve had in the Middle East. I rub it on veggies like eggplant and zucchini before grilling, put it on chicken, honestly I’d eat it on toast. I’ve used it to spice up bland red sauce. This could make any meal sexy. A little goes a long way, and the heat is dependent on the quantity you use. The jar came in a box and inside the box it was wrapped in cardboard protective wrap, so no issue with leakage or broken glass. I will be ordering this over and over. I follow the Mediterranean diet and this is a great way to bring some excitement to a very clean eating plan. I have recommended this to everyone I know who has a pan and a spatula in the kitchen, seriously. So yum.

So good! Want to eat it by the spoonful! We use it in chicken, pork, and beef marinades. We use it in stir-frying vegetables. We use it in soups, mac & cheese, and cream sauces.Love it!

Very good taste added just the right amount of heat to the dish. As advertised

Used this for Turkish stew I make as substitute for Turkish red pepper paste (Biber Salçası). Tasty but a bit too hot for me, even though labeled as medium heat. Due to spiciness, I couldn't use as much paste and had to use tomato paste to thicken the stew.Recommend for taste but be aware this is hotter than usual medium spiciness.

I just made my second purchase of Pur Harissa. My husband likes his food on the hotter side, and I like mine milder. We found this has a good balance of spice for both of us. I've made two dishes with this Harissa, and we thought both dishes were flavorful and very good. I plan on making more meals with this. The packaging was great, and my shipment came undamaged. I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought as a gift for someone who is from Morocco and likes to cook in that style of food. It's hard where we live to find ethnic food, so being able to order it is great. It is spicy as it is labelled to be, so make sure you like hot stuff.

Really flavorful and a little bit goes a long way. The leftovers in the jar can (and should) be frozen to extend the product's life. It is also definitely authentic harissa paste; it is intense!
