From the Best to the Worst in No TimeI had ordered this cocoa two or three times before, and the quality was absolutely outstanding. The taste, the aroma, the texture — everything was perfect. I was genuinely excited to have finally found a brand I could stick with long-term.But my most recent order was like night and day compared to the previous ones. It was such a dramatic drop in quality that I honestly wondered if they had just swept the leftover scraps off the floor and stuffed them into a packet.First of all, the packaging smelled damp and moldy, like it had been stored in a wet basement. The cocoa itself was a completely different color and texture than usual — much lighter and uneven. It even contained hard granules, clearly showing that it hadn’t been properly ground or there were foreign particles in it. And the taste? Absolutely terrible.It’s incredibly disappointing. I was genuinely happy to support this product and had planned to become a loyal customer. But this last batch wasn’t just low-quality — it was inedible. A complete waste.

The quality of this powder is unparalleled. Its rich flavor makes it addictive. I have already decided that I'm going to keep buying this.
