This is a great scale! Prints well...easy to use.. still learning all of the buttons, but fairly easy to navigate. **it does come with labels to get you started. Worked great when weighing our chickens and turkeys and was great to have a label to put on the bags with our info and weight!

This does everything I can think of that a scale should do. There was a learning curve at first, but the seller has great documentation, including tons of youtube videos. Seller also had great customer service. I needed to change some barcode settings to match a certain format my POS (point of sale) system read, and I somehow made the barcode disappear entirely, and couldn't get it back. I called the number on the seller's website, and, to my surprise, talked to a real person who scheduled a time the same day to sit down and help me. He was patient and determined, and we eventually got the formatting correct. It works perfectly. Now I can download hundreds of products to the scale at once, update their prices remotely, and not have to rely on an employee to hand-jam price changes. If there was a learning curve on my end, it is made up for by the fact that the end user now has nothing to learn. I give him a PLU cheat sheet to match the produce names he's familiar with and away he goes. I searched at length online and couldn't find a scale any cheaper than this one that did what I needed, and now that I found this one, I don't know why you would pay more. It's the right tool for a small specialty food store.

I have bought 5 of them for my store. I don’t like the fact that the numeric keypad wears out really fast; they are kind of disposable. That’s the Achilles’ tendon of the scale.

We're a small business that does a lot of volume and needed a scale that could do both weight and pieces and this one fit our requirements. Easy to program and customer support was immediate. Also if you visit their website you will see multiple YouTube videos that will walk you through all aspects of the scale.

We purchased this pricing scale for our market to replace another brand we purchased. The other brand scale w which was impossible to program, even after hiring TWO IT experts to assist! They were unable to figure the issue with that other scale. THIS scale is wonderful, prints nicer labels, and is much easier to program. We highly recommend it. Plus it is reasonably priced!

Bought this scale on the first of June 1 2021 to date I cannot connect get it connected to the xdb manager July 27 2021 tried to use the videos provided to me by the seller Polkanic and it still does not work.Tried contacting the manufacturers Visiontech and they said because I did not buy the scale for them they cannot assist. So, I am left stuck with a scale that isn’t working and no help ! If Amazon knows this how customers will be treated by sellers then it best not to do business with Amazon ,Visiontech, or Polkanic. Amazon must , Amazon must ,be able to fix this or stop this brand (Visiontech) from being sold on their platform. To the consumers out there do not, do not, do not please do not buy this (Visiontech) brand you won’t be able to use the scale, over $ 1000 us has gone to waste very disappointed.
